Copyright and content removal policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
NexgenTasks respects creators' rights and expects contributors to publish only material they own or are authorized to use. This process applies to articles, photos, illustrations, videos, logos and other material shown on NexgenTasks.
Contributor responsibilities
Members must own the material they submit or have permission or another lawful basis to publish it. Do not upload copied articles, unauthorized cover images, pirated material or content that infringes another person's copyright or other rights. Give credit and link to sources where appropriate; attribution alone does not automatically grant permission to reuse copyrighted material.
How to submit a copyright complaint
Send a clear notice through the operator's support contact with enough detail to identify the material and understand the claim. Include:
- Your full name and a working email address, and the rights holder you represent if acting for someone else.
- A description of the copyrighted work or other protected material you believe has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on this website where the material appears, and a description of what should be reviewed.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or applicable law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, where required by applicable law, made under penalty of perjury.
- Your physical or electronic signature or other confirmation reasonably identifying you as the complainant.
The operator has not configured a public support email. Before launch, set a real support email in Admin → Settings so rights holders can submit notices. The Contact page shows the currently available channel.
Review, removal and counter-notices
The operator may review a notice, request additional details, restrict access while a good-faith review is underway, remove material or take action against repeat infringement. Authors may be contacted and given an opportunity to respond where appropriate and lawful. Any counter-notice or restoration process will follow applicable law; no specific statutory-agent status or jurisdiction-specific procedure is claimed by this general policy.
Other content complaints
For privacy, impersonation, safety, defamation or other content concerns that are not copyright matters, identify the exact URL and explain the concern through the Contact page. Reported content is reviewed under the Editorial Policy and applicable law.
Contact
For account and moderation matters, use the Contact page. Please provide accurate information; deliberately false or abusive notices may be rejected.
