Privacy policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This policy explains how NexgenTasks operates NexgenTasks and processes information when you browse, create an account, submit content, use reader rewards or contact the operator.
Information processed
Depending on the features you use, the website may process your name and email, password hash, account/profile details, user-submitted articles and images, referral relationships, reading-session activity, reward and withdrawal ledger entries, payment recipient details, support correspondence, security/rate-limit logs, IP-derived hashes, timestamps and standard server logs. Do not submit passwords, private keys, secret API keys or other credentials in articles or support messages.
Cookies and essential storage
Essential session cookies are used for login, CSRF protection, account security and core site functions. The public pages can also use browser storage to remember optional analytics/advertising choices. Visitors can reopen the available preference panel using “Cookie & ad preferences” when it is shown.
Analytics, advertising and consent
If configured and accepted, Google Analytics may process public-page usage and technical information so the operator can understand traffic. If Google AdSense or a direct sponsor campaign is configured, advertisements may use cookies or similar technologies subject to provider terms and applicable consent requirements. Google and its partners may use prior visits to this or other websites to personalize ads where permitted. Review Google Ads Settings and YourAdChoices for available advertising preferences. These controls may not disable every ad or every form of measurement.
The simple preference banner currently included in this website is not a Google-certified consent management platform. If the operator serves Google ads to visitors in regions where a Google-certified CMP is required, an approved CMP and the relevant consent configuration must be implemented before those ads are served.
Why information is used
Information is processed to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, review and publish submissions, display images, enforce reading/reward rules, prevent fraud and spam, maintain accounting/audit records, manage withdrawals, respond to questions, maintain the website, and provide optional analytics or advertising when configured.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed by the website host and by email, anti-abuse, analytics, advertising or payment providers when those integrations are actually enabled. External advertisers, linked websites and payout providers have their own terms and privacy practices. The operator should keep this section aligned with the providers used on the live website; no inactive service should be represented as active.
Retention and security
Records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate accounts, enforce policies, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain financial audit trails and meet applicable legal obligations. Passwords are stored as password hashes rather than readable passwords, but no internet service can promise absolute security. The operator uses reasonable technical and administrative measures and should promptly address reported security issues.
Your requests
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, subject to identity checks, technical limits, anti-fraud needs and records that must be kept under applicable law. Ask a question or make a request through the Contact page. To help protect your account, send requests from the account's registered email when possible.
Children
This platform is not intended for anyone who is below the minimum age required to use the service or its payment/advertising features under applicable law. Do not create an account if you are not legally eligible.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the website or its integrations change. The current version will be published on this page with its update date. Material changes may also be announced through the website where appropriate.
