These terms apply to your use of NexgenTasks, operated by NexgenTasks. By accessing the public website or creating an account, you agree to follow these terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Editorial Policy, Advertising Policy and Rewards Policy.
Eligibility and account security
Provide accurate account details, maintain control of your registered email and keep your password confidential. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person, circumvent suspensions or create multiple accounts to obtain rewards. The operator may restrict or suspend access for fraud, abuse, security risks or violation of these terms.
User-submitted content and licence
You must own or have permission or another lawful basis to publish each article, image, link and other material you submit. Do not post unlawful, infringing, plagiarized, deceptive, threatening, hateful, malicious, spammy or privacy-violating material. You retain rights you already hold in your content; by submitting it, you grant the operator a non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute it as reasonably required to operate, promote and secure the platform. You confirm you have authority to grant this permission. Remove content or request a review using the Copyright and content removal policy.
Moderation and publishing
Member submissions remain pending until approved. The operator may edit formatting, reject, unpublish or remove content under published editorial rules, legal obligations or safety requirements. Publication is not guaranteed and may be reversed if a story is later found to breach policy. Users should provide reliable sources and correct material inaccuracies.
Reader rewards and withdrawals
Rewards are optional, administrator-funded and subject to the active-reading timer, reCAPTCHA when enabled, claim limits, cooldowns, anti-abuse checks, program availability and available funds. They are not guaranteed income. Wallet amounts are internal accounting credits and not crypto tokens or proof of a blockchain transfer. A withdrawal request may be delayed, reviewed or rejected. It is complete only when an external transfer is confirmed and its reference recorded.
Advertising
Ads and sponsorships are marked where displayed. Do not click advertisements to earn rewards, encourage others to click, automate interactions, manipulate impressions or interfere with ad reporting. Such behavior can lead to claim rejection, account suspension or loss of access. Advertisers and external websites operate separately and may have their own terms.
Prohibited conduct
Do not attack the service, probe accounts without authorization, bypass security or rate limits, upload malware, exploit bugs to obtain credits, misuse personal data or interfere with another user's use of the platform. Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly through the Contact page.
Availability, changes and liability
The website and optional features may be changed, paused or discontinued, including during maintenance. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
